JPMorganChase in Newark is seeking a Trade Lifecycle Associate I to manage cash movements, funding, and trade lifecycle operations across asset classes. You will drive improvements, coordinate with Product, Tech and Change teams, and mentor peers while expanding data and tech literacy.

Role emphasizes analyzing processes, maintaining SLAs, and applying automation to optimize efficiency in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in managing cash movements and funding for DDA accounts.
• Proficient in reconciling ledgers and data using multiple systems.
• Advanced process improvement skills with a track record of operational optimization.
• Experience managing strategic projects with Product, Tech and Change partners, including change management.
• Proficiency in automation technologies and systems architecture for trading operations.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools (Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, OwlDQ) and data handling.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and manage funding for managed demand deposit accounts (DDA's), ensuring proper allocation of wires to client/funding accounts within the appropriate threshold.
• Participate in ledger reconciliation through detailed investigation using various systems and tools to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to drive proper funding and build productive working relationships.
• Contribute to end-to-end trade lifecycle process improvements using process methodologies to optimize operations.
• Support strategic projects with Product, Tech, and Change partners, applying change-management principles.
• Understand risk management and address issues/exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolution.
• Ensure day-to-day queries are handled within SLAs and escalate as needed.
• Perform root cause analysis to increase Straight Through Processing (STP) and reduce client inquiries.
