Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in managing cash movements and preparing funding for DDA accounts.
• Proficiency with reconciliation and ledger management tools.
• Advanced process improvement experience in financial services.
• Experience leading strategic projects with Product, Tech, Change partners and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with automation technologies and systems architecture in trading environments.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools (Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, OwlDQ) and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage funding for managed demand deposit accounts (DDA’s).
• Participate in ledger reconciliation and detailed investigations.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to fund appropriately.
• Review and improve end-to-end trade lifecycle processes.
• Support strategic projects with Product, Tech, and Change partners.
• Understand risk management and manage issues exceeding materiality thresholds.
• Ensure day-to-day queries are handled within SLAs and escalate when needed.
• Perform root cause analysis to increase STP and reduce inquiries.
