The role blends financial operations and relationship management, requiring Series 7 and appropriate Series 63/65 or 66 licenses, plus client-focused, collaborative work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Financial Services Representative to join a growing Trade Desk team supporting clients with account servicing, trading activities, and money movement requests. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging their financial services knowledge in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the service team, you will assist clients and financial professionals with trading transactions, account inquiries, and various investment-related requests. This is a highly visible position that combines customer support, financial operations, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from clients and financial professionals regarding investment accounts and trading activity.
• Assist with trade execution, mutual fund transactions, and money movement requests.

Required Qualifications

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule:

• Monday & Friday: Remote
• Tuesday-Thursday: On-site in Fort Worth, TX

Operating hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Flexible start times available

9-hour shift with 1-hour lunch

Compensation & Benefits

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $63000.00/yr.

• 15% ESOP, 5-7% bonus
