Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit risk, trade risk, or structured finance.
• Strong credit analysis skills, including transaction structuring and risk identification.
• Experience with structured working capital finance or related trade finance products or transferable experience from securitisation/asset financing.
• Ability to work under time pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong business and analytical judgment with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to analyze portfolio data, identify trends, and translate insights into risk views.
• Experience interpreting and negotiating legal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review new originations, renewals, and amendments for structured working capital transactions.
• Analyze key documentation terms and identify risk mitigants for approvals.
• Advise first-line partners on credit line requests by assessing product suitability and controls.
• Communicate risk views and propose solutions for pipeline transactions.
• Monitor transaction- and portfolio-level performance and emerging risks.
• Develop risk monitoring frameworks as the portfolio grows.
• Apply portfolio analytics to enhance monitoring and decision support.
• Evaluate variations from standard docs and product guidelines.
• Partner with stakeholders on new product structures and policy exceptions.
• Support rollout of new trade products by contributing to risk policies and controls.
• Deliver training on trade products and risks to internal partners.
