Job summary

VideoRay seeks a Trade Compliance Officer to lead and execute the export compliance program for the AV organization. You will oversee licensing, exemptions, training, and recordkeeping in line with US regulations.

Reporting to Trade Compliance Leadership, you will coordinate with Security, Purchasing, Contracts, Legal, and external consultants; conduct risk assessments, policy development, and international business support to win new work while ensuring regulatory conformity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Law or related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of export administration experience in aerospace/defense.
• Experience with U.S. Government entities and international brokers/exporters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee licensing compliance with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct quarterly and annual risk assessments.
• Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and legal counsel.
• Maintain export compliance records per USG requirements.
• Develop and deliver export training curriculum.
• Support international business development and proposal reviews.
