Job summary

Rocketdyne seeks a Lead, Trade Compliance to drive export/import compliance across US facilities. You will guide policy, manage licenses, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant international activities.

The role requires strong ITAR/EAR knowledge, experience in multinational shipping, and the ability to lead investigations and training. Travel up to 20% and full-time status in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 6–9 years in import/export compliance.
• Graduate Degree plus 3–7 years in import/export compliance.
• In lieu of a degree, 11 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee export compliance program across the Rocketdyne enterprise.
• Apply ITAR, EAR, CBP regulations to activities.
• Administer licenses, exemptions, and agreements.
• Prepare export/import documentation including EEI filings and classifications.
• Provide compliance guidance to teams and manage investigations.
