Qualifications

• 5-7 years of marketing experience in trade, channel, or B2B marketing.
• Experience in aesthetic skincare or wellness is strongly preferred.
• Understanding spa and medical aesthetics purchasing: how decisions are made.
• Strong project management across multiple programs and partners.
• Excellent written communication for clinical education and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans across spa, wholesale, and DTC channels.
• Create seasonal promotions, incentives, and co-marketing opportunities.
• Oversee professional new launch go-to-market with assets, training, and sampling.
• Support distributor partners with localized assets and training decks.
• Own professional email marketing strategy and content across channels.
• Track program performance and provide market intelligence to leadership.
