Qualifications

• 18 years of age
• Willingness to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends
• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to fulfill physical requirements (lift/move up to 50 pounds)

Responsibilities

• Shadow a more senior team member to learn repairs to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Complete work orders and train to be efficient in SRT and warranty guidelines.
• Understand and follow shop safety procedures.
• Maintain professional communication with JB Hunt personnel and customers.
• Train to become efficient in preventive maintenance and replacement of parts/components.
• Learn basic repair pertaining to air brake systems and FHWA Inspections.
