J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Tractor Technician II in Bethlehem, PA.

You will perform intermediate-level maintenance, service, and repairs on tractors and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with company standards across shifts including nights and weekends. This full-time role offers hands-on work outdoors and through multiple fleet systems, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus available for a limited time and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a full-time employment

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with 1-2 years of semi-tractor maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Willingness to work outdoors, nights, weekends, or multi-shift schedules when required.
• A/C certification and at least 1 year of DOT/FHWA inspections and air brake experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in preventative maintenance and repairs on tractors and related systems.
• Mentor Tractor Technician trainees as needed.
• Participate in OE training for repairs.
• Troubleshoot issues, work independently, and follow shop safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with JB Hunt personnel and customers.
