Job summary

CNH Belgium in Zedelgem seeks a Training Specialist to deliver high-quality technical training to the Benelux dealer network, ensuring technicians are fully equipped to service CNH tractors to a high standard. The role involves planning courses, developing materials with a hands-on focus, and collaborating with Technical Support.

A Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics, agriculture, or a related field and fluency in English, Dutch and French are required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background and proven technical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead groups.
• Willingness to travel within Benelux and occasionally internationally.
• Proactive mindset with ability to absorb new technical information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training (classroom and workshop) to dealer service technicians and internal colleagues.
• Plan and coordinate training courses and rollout of new training initiatives.
• Develop and continuously improve training materials with a strong hands-on focus (minimum 50%).
• Collaborate with Technical Support to align content with field issues.
• Represent CNH brands professionally during all training activities.
• Occasionally deliver training on-site at dealerships and support field issues as needed.
• Provide support to other regions within EMEA when required.
