quantilope is seeking a Senior Consultant for our Tracking Strategy & Insights team. You will blend deep marketing research expertise with storytelling to translate tracking insights into actionable business strategy for our clients.

Lead multi-country tracking programs, run discovery sessions, moderate workshops, and drive change with executive stakeholders. You will help scale tracking capabilities, identify growth opportunities, and influence brand planning with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Brand Health Tracking experience.
• Fluent in English and German (C1).
• Strong understanding of quantitative market research methods.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with senior executives.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Program Management for multi-country tracking programs.
• Lead discovery sessions to define program needs and hypotheses.
• Moderate Inspiration and Premium Activation Workshops to translate findings into strategy.
• Drive client buy-in and adoption of new metrics and insights.
• Deliver actionable, data-driven insights aligned with client goals.
