Job summary

PTS Advance is seeking an experienced Timekeeper to support a refinery Turnaround project. You will manage daily timekeeping for contractors, review time records, and support timekeeping requirements in a fast-paced refinery setting.

Experience with Chevron Contractor TRACK is required. The role involves entering time in the system, tracking overtime on a 6x10 schedule, coordinating with supervisors and project personnel, and ensuring timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a timekeeper in refinery/oil and gas environments preferred.
• Must have Chevron Contractor TRACK experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily timekeeping for contractors on refinery Turnaround.
• Enter, review, and maintain accurate time records in Chevron Contractor TRACK.
• Track regular and overtime hours for a 6x10 Turnaround schedule.
• Review time entries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and project personnel regarding timekeeping issues.
• Ensure time is submitted accurately and within required deadlines.
• Maintain organized timekeeping records and documentation.
• Assist with reporting and reconciliation of labor hours throughout the Turnaround.
• Support additional administrative timekeeping needs as required by the project.

Schedule: 6x10 schedule with overtime, based on Turnaround requirements

Duration: Now through Thanksgiving, with the possibility of extending

Openings: 1 confirmed position, with the potential for a second opening

Work Arrangement: Onsite; remote candidates may be considered with strong Chevron Contractor TRACK experience
