Job summary

Las Vegas Motor Speedway is seeking a Track Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and event readiness of the facility in Las Vegas, NV. You will supervise staff, coordinate staffing, and ensure safety and readiness for guests, competitors, and staff.

The role supports major events including NASCAR, NHRA, and other events, working with the Director of Emergency & Track Services to maintain operational excellence and compliance with applicable standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in facility operations, venue operations, public works, construction, maintenance, event operations, motorsports operations, emergency services, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience reading site plans, maps, CAD drawings, and construction documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, develop, and evaluate Track Services personnel across full-time, part-time, and event staff.
• Manage staffing schedules and deployment of pit fire, track safety, recovery, and support personnel.
• Coordinate event setup and teardown, barricades, fencing, signage, and equipment placement.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of assets, grounds, roadways, fencing, SAFER barriers, grandstands, and related infrastructure.
• Operate and supervise heavy equipment, utility vehicles, forklifts, loaders, tractors, sweepers, and water trucks.
• Assist with event logistics, campground preparation, and race support activities.
• Conduct routine facility inspections ensuring compliance with LVMS policies, OSHA, and governing bodies.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments on projects and event execution.
