Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management experience in venue security or related field.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience managing security personnel, staffing schedules, vendors, event teams, or security departments.
• Experience developing Emergency Action Plans and command center procedures.
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement, fire, medical, emergency management, and security vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead LVMS Blue Shirt and Yellow Shirt Security, including hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain security staffing plans, post assignments, deployment schedules, and operational updates.
• Oversee credentials, access control, gate operations, and security inspections; manage surveillance camera program.
