Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of railroad industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and FRA safety regulations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Experience operating cranes and excavators.
• Ability to read load charts and rigging practices.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily assignments, schedules, and field crew activities.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with PPE requirements, FRA and DOT regulations, and applicable company procedures.
• Oversee field projects, including hands-on tasks and heavy equipment operation when needed.
• Communicate with customers and regulatory agencies regarding project activities and requirements.
• Complete and submit payroll records, equipment usage documentation, and project reports accurately.
• Train, mentor, and assess crew members to support safe and effective performance.
• Develop job cost estimates and quotes covering labor, equipment, and logistics.
• Inspect and monitor equipment to ensure it remains safe, operational, and ready for use.
