Job summary

CPKC, North America’s first transnational railroad, seeks a Track Supervisor to uphold safety and reliability of the track infrastructure across the Wilton, AR to Blanchard, LA region. You will lead inspections, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards to support continuous rail operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on track maintenance experience.
• 1+ year operating various track machines.
• Ability to interpret track standards and practice circulars.
• Commitment to working safely and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with safety practices and procedures.
• Oversee scheduled track inspections and address hazards promptly.
• Maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation.
• Direct maintenance activities aligned with renewal plans.
