Job summary

CPKC's Engineering team seeks a Track Supervisor to uphold safety, reliability, and integrity of track infrastructure. This role covers the territory from Wilton, AR to Blanchard, LA, bringing technical leadership and proactive maintenance to ensure seamless rail operations.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, 2+ years in track maintenance, and 1 year operating track machines, with strong safety practices and ability to interpret standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in track maintenance, especially in main terminal areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with safety practices and procedures.
• Oversee scheduled track inspections and address hazards through corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records to reduce safety risks and improve reliability.
• Direct maintenance aligned with renewal plans for track components.
• Set daily priorities and advise the Roadmaster.
• Provide on-call support and rotate to cover 24/7 operations.
