Job summary

Patriot Rail is seeking a Track Supervisor to lead and supervise track maintenance crews and daily operations, ensuring safe, reliable railroad infrastructure. You will ensure compliance with FRA regulations and company policies, inspect track conditions, coordinate repairs, and communicate progress to leadership while responding to outages and emergencies.

This role requires 5+ years in track maintenance with crew leadership, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of track maintenance experience with crew leadership responsibilities.
• RWP, FRA 213, and CWR qualifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities
