Patriot Rail Transportation Company LLC in Silver Creek, MS is seeking an experienced Track Maintenance Supervisor. You will lead and supervise track maintenance crews, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safety and compliance with FRA regulations.

You will inspect track conditions, coordinate repairs, drive productivity, and communicate progress to leadership while operating outdoors in various weather conditions. This is a hands-on leadership role with long-term career growth.

Competenze

• 5+ years of track maintenance experience with crew leadership responsibilities.
• RWP, FRA 213, and CWR qualifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
