Job summary

Patriot Rail is seeking a hands-on Track Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily operations and track upkeep. You will oversee crews, coordinate inspections, and ensure safety and compliance with FRA standards on active rails.

This role requires strong leadership and the ability to respond rapidly to disruptions in service. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in track maintenance with crew leadership, excellent communication, and a readiness to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of track maintenance experience with crew leadership responsibilities.
• RWP, FRA 213, and CWR qualifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise track maintenance crews and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with FRA regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Inspect track conditions and coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
• Drive productivity, quality, and safe work practices.
• Communicate track conditions, project progress, and operational needs to leadership.
• Respond to service disruptions, track issues, and emergency situations as needed.
