Job summary

Patriot Rail is seeking an experienced track maintenance supervisor in Mississippi to lead and supervise track maintenance and construction crews, ensuring compliance with FRA standards and company safety expectations.

You will manage track inspections, repair programs, rail replacement, and capital projects, coordinating with contractors, railroad operations, and public agencies, investigating incidents, driving continuous improvement, and controlling costs to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of railroad track maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of FRA track standards.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead crews in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
