Job summary

You will coordinate across teams, monitor costs, and reinforce safety standards in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have a HS diploma and valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL is a plus or willingness to obtain if required.
• RWP and EIC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage MoW crews in maintenance and repair projects, including hands-on work.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure organized railroad operations.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Monitor and control maintenance costs to stay within budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
