Job summary

Porsche is seeking a senior operations and program leader to manage a $20MM+ budget and drive cross-functional initiatives for the Porsche Track Experience. Based at PCNA Headquarters in Atlanta, you will oversee projects, vendors, and marketing efforts to deliver premier programs.

The role requires 7+ years of leadership experience in motorsports or automotive programs, strong P/L management, and a data-driven marketing mindset. Travel and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading high-performance teams and driving operations
• Experience managing driving schools/track operations or motorsports space
• Proven track record operating a P/L
• Project management experience with successful projects
• Advanced experience managing large, complex projects
• Experience leading a diverse workforce and vendor management
• Experience building a comprehensive marketing strategy
• Experience in Automotive Industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Set timelines, milestones and KPIs for programs and new business
• Communicate progress to PCNA executives in documented format
• Collaborate with PAG to adhere to global standards and report KPIs
• Oversee invoices, purchase orders and budget tracking with RFAs
• Lead vendor partner teams and manage contract deliverables
• Develop data-driven Go-To-Market strategies with Marketing
