Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) Parts Business seeks a strategic, self-driven leader to manage national supply chain programs across the US dealer network. You will own program strategy, KPIs, budgets, and cross-functional execution to boost dealer inventory health and parts availability for workshops and customers.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years OEM dealer-facing experience, and SAP/advanced analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience at an OEM in a dealer-facing role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Dealer Inventory Management systems.
• SAP Business systems expertise.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic dealer programs and KPIs across the US.
• Manage cross-functional teams, timelines, resources, and budgets for program delivery.
• Develop and maintain program plans, dashboards and executive summaries.
• Drive dealer inventory productivity and off-the-shelf fill to support workshops and customers.
• Synthesize data to support leadership decisions and drive proactive service improvements.
