The role drives KPI-based performance, collaborates with global teams, and ensures efficient dealer support from planning to execution.

The ideal candidate has OEM dealer-facing experience, strong analytics, and a proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in OEM dealer supply chain or equivalent; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and programs from concept to execution.
• Knowledge of dealer inventory management systems and KPI-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end dealer program strategy and operational excellence for US market.
• Set KPIs for dealer inventory productivity and drive off-the-shelf fill improvements.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional resources across Parts, Logistics, Finance, and AG teams.
• Develop and maintain program plans, analyze performance against KPIs, and implement improvements.
