Job summary

Antora Energy in San Jose, CA is hiring a fabrication specialist to fabricate TPV cells and modules in our cleanroom, handling lithography, deposition and assembly. You will document processing steps, manage fragile wafers and collaborate with engineers to resolve tool issues and improve processes.

Candidates should have 3+ years in a cleanroom, experience with coating tracks and lithography, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in a research or manufacturing cleanroom.
• Experience operating cleanroom equipment (coat and develop tracks, lithography, wet benches, deposition, singulation).
• Experience handling acids, bases, and solvents and strong safety awareness.
• Ability to document processing steps clearly and work with engineers to resolve issues.
• Capable of independent work after training and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform semiconductor device processing in the cleanroom following SOPs (lithography, etching, deposition).
• Fabricate and assemble TPV modules including die attach and pick-n-place.
• Capture inspection photos and maintain sample traceability across steps.
• Document processing details throughout fabrication.
• Handle fragile wafers, films, and substrates with care.
• Collaborate with engineers and facilities to resolve tool-related issues.
• Qualify new fabrication procedures and identify opportunities for upgrades.
• After training, execute full build flow from wafer fabrication to module assembly and coating.
