Job summary

Antora Energy seeks a Process Development Engineer to advance TPV performance through hands-on cleanroom work and optical modeling. You will own optical thin-film deposition processes, develop metrology, and build device models in Python to guide the TPV efficiency roadmap.

You will design experiments, validate solutions in the fab, and collaborate across teams while documenting SOPs and specifications. Ideal candidates have PVD experience, strong optics knowledge, and proficiency with Python

Qualifications

• Must have advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with physical vapor deposition (PVD) processes.
• Proven ability to develop and qualify optical thin-film deposition processes.
• Experience with optical and device-modeling, including multilayer stacks.
• Familiarity with thin-film metrology techniques (reflectometry, FTIR, spectrophotometry, ellipsometry).

Responsibilities

• Develop and own optical thin-film deposition processes and equipment.
• Build and use optical and device-level models in Python to guide TPV efficiency.
• Characterize thin films and establish reliable metrology and process controls.
• Compare model predictions with measured device performance and refine models.
• Plan and run structured process experiments using Python, JMP, and AI tools.
