Job summary

247Hire is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Specialist to design, implement, and optimize Third-Party Risk Management workflows. You will collaborate with Risk SMEs, Technology, and business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into automated ServiceNow processes.

You will participate in UAT, testing, and defect resolution, and develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to support governance, controls, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow workflows and automation of business processes.
• Experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), vendor risk or enterprise risk management.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements clearly.
• Hands-on UAT, test planning, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of workflow analysis and process improvement.
• Experience creating process flows, SOPs, and training documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support design, enhancement, and optimization of TPRM workflows in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to gather, validate, and implement requirements.
• Assist with ServiceNow configuration, testing, and enhancements for TPRM controls.
• Conduct UAT and coordinate defect resolution.
• Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and automation.
• Develop process docs, diagrams, job aids, and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve user experience.
• Monitor workflow performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support data validation, reporting, and governance activities.
• Partner with Procurement, Information Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Technology teams for end-to-end integration.
