Job summary

Evergreen Home Loans® is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to train and support broker partners in TPO Connect, loan submissions, and pricing. The role focuses on onboarding, real-time guidance, and ensuring complete, accurate submissions that move smoothly to Underwriting.

Ideal candidates will have mortgage lending experience, knowledge of ICE TPO Connect and Encompass, and a collaborative approach to partner enablement across a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience training external users on mortgage lending systems.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, agency and investor guidelines, and underwriting processes.
• Strong communication and training materials development skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and support broker partners on TPO Connect and related processes.
• Onboard new partners and provide ongoing training on BrokerBrand TPO workflows.
• Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and submission checklists.
