Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Corporate/Enterprise Operational Risk and governance.
• Experience coordinating risk governance processes and reporting.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks and control environments.
• Certs such as CRMA, CIA, CISA, CRCM, FRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage TPMO participation in Corporate Risk Management processes, including risk and control assessments, issue management, and governance.
• Coordinate implementation of Corporate Risk Management requirements within TPM processes, documentation and reporting.
• Maintain the TPMO calendar of risk activities, governance reviews, reporting and deliverables.
• Lead Third-Party Risk governance in the 1st Line of Defence with oversight to leadership on risks and incidents.
• Collaborate with Vendor Managers to ensure Third-Party Risk policies are followed and provide guidance.
