Tompkins Bank & Trust in Pennsylvania seeks a Director of Third-Party Risk Management to lead the company's program and govern third-party risk across the lifecycle. You will align regulatory expectations with business objectives and drive risk-based review, oversight, and renewal processes.

You will partner with relationship managers and business units to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risk, provide governance and reporting, and continually improve TPRM programs and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Direct, oversee, and coordinate the Company’s third-party risk management program.
• Lead the Third-Party Risk Management Committee and enterprise governance activities.
• Create policies and program practices aligned with regulatory guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring, and offboarding of third parties.
• Manage cross-functional risk review workflows and annual risk assessments.
• Deliver risk reports and program updates to committees and the Board.
