Job summary

The Vanguard Group seeks a Governance Specialist for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Strategy & Governance to strengthen how third-party risks are identified and governed across Vanguard. The role emphasizes policy stewardship, metric development, and enterprise risk reporting for transparency and improved risk reduction.

Active collaboration with risk partners and divisional stakeholders is required, with a focus on governance maturity, project leadership, and enterprise-wide risk programs

Qualifications

• Five years of related work experience, with two years in risk management.
• Graduate degree preferred; undergraduate degree or equivalent accepted.

Responsibilities

• Steward and evolve Vanguard’s Global TPRM Policy and associated standards.
• Develop enterprise risk metrics, dashboards, and reporting for transparency and risk reduction.
• Lead assurance initiatives to strengthen third‑party risk oversight and drive accountability.
