The role drives risk-based contract management, oversight of due diligence, and cross-functional collaboration to align risk and business objectives.

Responsibilities include risk monitoring, reporting to committees and the Board, and continuous improvement of the TPRM program, with a focus on policy development, training, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Lead the Company’s third-party risk management program and committee governance.
• Develop policies, procedures, and program practices aligned with regulatory guidance.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk review workflows across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, ongoing monitoring, issue management, and offboarding for third parties.
• Manage cross-functional risk review workflows and annual risk assessments.
• Provide governance, reporting, training, and communication to support risk oversight.
