Job summary

PepsiCo in Houston seeks a Divisional TPM Manager to lead TPM implementation plans and drive productivity improvements across NAB sites. You will mentor TPM pillar leaders, strengthen AM/PM/LSS initiatives, and report site metrics to enable true efficiency gains.

The role requires 5+ years in food and beverage TPM, a Bachelor’s in engineering, and up to 50% travel. PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

  • Must have thorough knowledge of processing and packing equipment to effectively lead technical resources to successfully maintain production line equipment.
  • Must have working knowledge of TPM principles within at least one pillar (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, or Early Management) and experience leading TPM implementation in a manufacturing location.
  • Must possess strong financial control skills to support plant efforts in cost and capital planning.
  • Self-starter with the ability to develop strategies in line with an overall business vision.
  • Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, develop personnel, and strategically plan for continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and influence across multiple levels.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage Manufacturing TPM experience.
  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Assist the plant leadership in expanding the implementation of TPM principles and Lean-Six Sigma capability tools.
  • Drive continuous TPM Site Phase progression within all TPM Pillars at the sites this role supports, including AM/ FI/ PM/ EM/ kaizen teams.
  • Manage the TPM metric reporting for each of the sites that this role supports.
  • Lead AM pillar and mentor teams to integrate AM and Natural Work Teams for KPI improvement.
  • Lead PM pillar and maintenance systems development across manufacturing locations.
  • Guide LSS efforts and coach TPM managers toward process capability, throughput, loss, and KPI improvements.
  • Share best practices with NAB Regions and facilities to drive capability development.
  • Provide technical leadership to Operations to improve True Efficiency and Running Efficiency through loss elimination and capacity building.
  • Coordinate with other functions to meet NAB and plant objectives.
  • Understand and apply financial drivers and Manufacturing & Warehousing KPIs.
