Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management (TPM) for Digital Twin in Supply Chain. You will partner with Digital Twin leadership, product owners, architects, and external partners to deliver Digital Twin applications globally, ensuring governance and end-to-end delivery from ideation to support.

The role demands strong delivery focus, extensive TPM experience across IT/OT, and the ability to manage complex programs and stakeholders across PepsiCo facilities worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of work experience in TPM/Delivery leadership.
• 3–5 years as Delivery Lead / Technical Program Manager leading delivery of complex digital transformation projects.
• Strong quantitative skills with ability to connect workstreams and identify dependencies.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology; experience with other delivery models.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps Boards/Backlogs/Queries and MS Office 365 suite.
• Familiar with Supply Chain processes and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global BuildOps with cross-functional teams across IT/OT, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Sector IT.
• Drive end-to-end technical program management from conception to delivery of prototypes and final applications.
• Collaborate with Product, engineering, business, design, architecture and partners to define scope, constraints, risks, and timelines.
• Establish scalable delivery methodology with all stakeholders.
• Guide transformation programs using PepsiCo tools, frameworks, and DevSecOps delivery processes.
• Identify and mitigate technical, budget, and risk challenges; drive creative solutions.
• Coordinate communications across internal and external teams and leadership.
• Shape and deliver the product roadmap; balance strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Create detailed Project Plans through PI Planning sessions and governance.
• Partner with vendors and system integrators to meet milestones with quality and cost discipline.
• Provide reporting and escalations to BuildOps Reviews, ART syncs and SteerCo meetings.
• Establish stage gates to ensure milestones exit with acceptable quality and security.
