Job summary

PepsiCo North America Beverages seeks a Divisional TPM Manager to lead total productive maintenance initiatives, driving productivity improvement and loss elimination. You will develop training and build capability across site TPM pillar leaders and work closely with plant leadership.

The role demands at least 5 years in food & beverage manufacturing, TPM experience, and a Bachelor’s in engineering. Travel up to 50% is required; competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of processing and packing equipment to lead maintenance teams.
  • Experience implementing TPM in at least one pillar: AM, PM, FI or EM.
  • Strong financial control skills to support cost and capital planning.
  • Self-starter able to develop strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Proven leadership to drive change, develop personnel, and plan for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication across all levels and the ability to influence.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and work off shifts when needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead TPM implementation and Lean-Six Sigma capability tooling across sites.
  • Drive TPM Site Phase progression and pillar leadership (AM, FI, PM, EM, kaizen).
  • Manage TPM metric reporting for multiple locations.
  • Provide AM pillar leadership development and mentor teams.
  • Lead PM pillar and maintenance systems development across sites.
  • Propel Focused Improvement / LSS efforts and data-driven culture.
  • Coordinate with NAB Regions to share best practices and drive results.
  • Partner with Operations to achieve True Efficiency and Running Efficiency goals.
