Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure in a location-based hybrid role, with responsibilities spanning developer productivity tools, platform reliability, and cross‑functional coordination across research, engineering, and product teams.

You will partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate migrations, and balance competing priorities while ensuring security and reliability across frontier AI systems.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of technical program management experience delivering complex infrastructure programs in ML/AI or large distributed systems.
• Deep technical understanding of infrastructure systems to engage with engineers and assess risks.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and coordinate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional programs to improve developer environments, CI/CD infrastructure, and release processes.
• Coordinate large-scale migrations and platform modernization across engineering teams.
• Partner with teams to measure developer productivity and drive systematic improvements.
• Lead initiatives to integrate AI tools into development workflows to stay at the frontier of AI research and engineering.
• Establish reliability targets and dashboards for training and production infrastructure.
