Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment OR Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production operators at the Greensboro manufacturing facility.
• Ensure the location is in compliance with all internal and external standards and legislation.
• Recommend and implement measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions so that downtime is minimized through the use of teamwork and TPM/continuous improvement principles.
• Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate and reinforce plant plans in area of responsibility.
• Create an environment in which employees can work safely.
• Ensure the Quality System is followed and that products produced meet specifications.
• Partner with internal plant and external Ecolab contacts (Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies) to proactively avoid quality, environmental and service issues.
• Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues.
