Ecolab in Fresno, TX is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee a batch chemical manufacturing team of ~10 operators on a DuPont 12-hour rotating schedule. You will lead, coach, and develop the team to safely execute production plans meeting safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will drive TPM and continuous improvement, supervise maintenance coordination, monitor yields and costs, and build relationships with Quality, Logistics, Planning,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years manufacturing experience, or Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work a rotating DuPont schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of operators in a batch chemical environment.
• Execute production plans to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and safety standards.
