Job summary

Ecolab in Garland, TX is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee safety, quality, productivity and cost for a multi-shift area. You will lead a team, drive CI/TPM initiatives and ensure the daily manufacturing plan is executed to meet objectives.

The role requires a related degree or equivalent manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with SAP, PowerBI and other tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry or relevant experience.
• Experience in production supervision and quality control in chemical manufacturing.
• TPM experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-10 direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and legislation.
• Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency with TPM and CI.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate and reinforce plant plans in area of responsibility.
• Create a safe work environment for employees.
• Ensure Quality System compliance and product conformity.
• Collaborate with internal and external Ecolab contacts to prevent issues.
• Provide formal and informal performance reporting.
