Job summary

Furlani Foods in Oak Creek, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to drive TPM, lead a 12–15 person maintenance team, and oversee cutting-edge baking and packaging equipment including robotic systems. You will champion equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and mentor technicians in a fast-paced, automated environment.

Role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and automation, and proven ability to implement RCA/RCFA and PMO to sustain

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and automated systems.
• Knowledge of TPM, RCM, RCFA, and PMO.
• Experience with PLC programming and robotic systems (FANUC, KUKA, ABB, or Universal Robots).
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of maintenance technicians.
• Familiarity with CMMS (EAM) software.
• Travel required: within Canada and USA, 1–2 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM implementation across the facility to maximize uptime and foster teamwork.
• Utilize RCFA and RCM to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and SQF while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Mentor and coach a 12–15 technician team in a fast-paced, automated environment.
