This role leads the Sales Operations function, ensuring alignment across teams to drive revenue and operational stability. The ideal candidate will oversee contract management and pricing control while optimizing processes within a dynamic environment.

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with benefits including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Qualifications

• 4 Years of Direct Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service Required.
• 5 - 7 Years of Direct Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales team in RFQ/RFP response and pricing validation.
• Monitor monthly revenue, cost, and gross profit performance by account.
• Review customer contracts and ensure pricing and scope alignment.
• Supervise Sales Ops team members and conduct regular evaluations.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate-level of MS Excel

Problem-solving and critical thinking ability

Detail oriented

Experience with MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint

Self-starter that can operate under minimal supervision

Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
