Responsibilities

• Support Sales team in RFQ/RFP response, pricing validation, and margin structure review.
• Review customer contracts and maintain contract database.
• Supervise Sales Ops team members and develop performance metrics.

Education

4 Years of Direct Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service
