GLOVIS America Inc. in Duluth, GA is seeking a Supervisor for TPL Sales & Operations to lead the Sales Operations function within the Third-Party Logistics unit. You will align Sales, Operations, Finance and Corporate teams to drive revenue, margin and stability.
The role includes contract management, pricing control, settlement governance and KPI performance, while guiding key accounts and improving cross-functional processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- 5–8 years direct experience in supply chain, freight forwarding, logistics.
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience required.
- 6–9 years direct experience in supply chain, freight forwarding, and logistics preferred.
- 4–7 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Sales Operations within the TPL unit, aligning Sales, Operations, Finance and Corporate teams.
- Support RFQ/RFP responses, pricing validation and margin analysis.
- Monitor revenue, cost and gross profit by account.
- Review contracts and ensure pricing alignment with operations.
- Oversee high-volume accounts to maintain service stability.
- Standardize sales-to-operations handover and improve SOPs.
- Coach and evaluate Sales Ops team members.
