Job summary

Paylocity, a cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking a Benefits Technologies Advisor (BTA) to drive new business closing for FSA, HSA, LSA, HRA, and COBRA within a fully remote U.S. role.

You will collaborate with Account Executives to follow up on leads, respond to brokers and employers, and deliver a positive client experience. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in a similar field, strong presentation skills, and familiarity with Paylocity products.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years relevant industry experience in a similar role.
• Experience and familiarity with Paylocity products and TPA industry knowledge is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Perform needs analysis with prospective clients in all areas of TPA and related systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations with messaging to establish buyer connection and close the sale.
• Increase sales performance by presenting TPA strategies and business solutions.
• Respond to product-related questions from Account Executives/CCC.
• Communicate clear solutions to prospective TPA clients regarding Paylocity products, processes, and timelines.
