Job summary

Priority Toyota Springfield, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring auto technicians. Earn a flat rate pay between $20 and $45 per hour, based on performance, with opportunities for short- and long-term incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

You’ll perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, work with diagnostic tools, and communicate with service advisors. Toyota experience and ASE certifications are a plus; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience at any level is welcomed.
• Toyota experience and/or certifications are a plus.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and resources to identify vehicle concerns.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members.
