First Team Automotive Group is seeking a Service Technician for First Team Toyota in Chesapeake, VA. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools in a climate-controlled facility, while pursuing manufacturer training and career development.

Qualifications

• ASE Certifications preferred.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• State Inspector's License preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; work well in teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; explain technical information clearly.
• Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles per manufacturer standards and dealership quality.
• Inspect vehicles and perform preventative maintenance and repair services accurately.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using diagnostic equipment and factory software.
• Document repair findings and completed work in dealership systems.
