Qualifications

• ASE certifications preferred and state inspector license preferred.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles per manufacturer standards.
• Inspect vehicles and perform preventative maintenance accurately.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Document repair findings and completed work in dealership systems.
• Use diagnostic software to support repairs and communication with service advisors.
• Perform road tests before and after repairs to verify concerns.
• Participate in manufacturer training and ongoing development.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service.
