Job summary

First Team Automotive Group is seeking an Express Technician to serve as the foundation of our service operation. You will gain hands-on experience, paid manufacturer training, and ASE certification assistance, with a defined career path toward becoming a Certified Service Technician.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine maintenance and basic service tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to participate in paid manufacturer training and ASE programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, fluid services, and multi-point inspections.
• Inspect vehicles for maintenance needs and identify repair opportunities for service advisors and customers.
• Operate manufacturer software and dealership technology to document completed services accurately.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area.
• Participate in manufacturer training and ASE certification programs.
• Assist Service Technicians with repairs while developing diagnostic and repair skills.
