Job summary

Mills Auto Group's Classic Toyota Hampton is seeking a sales manager to lead our growing sales team. You will work closely with upper management and the sales staff to drive results and ensure excellent customer experiences.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, inventory management, training, and closing deals, with a focus on teamwork and professional conduct. We are a family-owned dealer with strong community involvement and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Prior automotive sales managerial experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Understanding of inventory control is important.
• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM) are needed.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a network.
• Manage the new vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department.
• Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars.

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
